Scheduling Conflicts? Try Appointment NOW!
Flexibility is an important trait for every business to have. It gives you the freedom to learn, adapt and grow with the times. We know that certain times of the day tend to be in more demand than others. Because of this higher concentration of appointments, once in a while, the particular time and date needed for your prospect is not available.

If this occurs, we urge you to use this convenient call-in method available M-F (7am – 4pm PST) as an alternative.

Simply make a tentative appointment with your prospect within a 2-3 hour time frame. Then, every hour on the hour (or a couple minutes thereafter), call our hotline at 1-888-937-5034 to see if there has been a cancellation. If there has, we will be happy to transfer that time-slot to you.
